    Poor Fit - but it happens

    After installing my WTF rails successfully I added the retention clip for added support. Instead, even with pulling a tiny bit of additional length with the cable, the clip does not hold it in place but rather pulls it away from the connector. I emailed OS with the issue, just to advise of the problem...they replied that it happens occasionally. Guess i am the outlier this time. Appreciate the customer support.
