Refund policy

One Stop Board Shop's Returns/Refund policy:

Vehicles - All vehicles are Final Sale.

Batteries - All batteries are Final Sale.

Tires, Wheels, Sealants, Bearings - All tires (including inner tubes), skateboard wheels (including belts and drive gears), sealant and bearing products are Final Sale.

Electronic Parts, Accessories, and Components - Any and all electronic parts, accessories, or component products are Final Sale.

Helmets - All helmets are Final Sale.

Yard Sale - All items marked "Yard Sale" are Final Sale.

CLOSEOUT - All items marked "CLOSEOUT" are Final Sale.

Accessories - We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, and in salable condition. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched, or otherwise not in the original condition of sale may be denied the return. Please contact us to issue an RMA. Please return items with all accessories, hardware, and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction of your refund for what is missing.

If you received a discount by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that discount if you do not return all items purchased. If you received a free item through a sale promotion, in order to receive a full refund, the free item must be included in the return.

If an item is ordered from the One Stop Board Shop website but is fulfilled directly by the manufacturer, vendor, or supplier—as indicated in the product listing—cancellations are not permitted. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned and are nonrefundable. Other nonrefundable purchases include shop services, rental fees, lessons, custom orders, clearance items, personalized orders, gift cards, shipping insurance products, extended warranty products and other completed services.

Cancellation of local pickup, preorder or backorder items cannot be guaranteed. If a cancellation can be accommodated, a 5% transaction fee shall apply when processing the refund.

Warranty for All Products - One Stop Board Shop is not responsible for any defect due to manufacturing and/or workmanship of the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty shall apply for any defect due to manufacturing and/or workmanship.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost of the returned item(s) incurred by One Stop Board Shop will be deducted from the refund upon acceptance of the return.

If your order was incorrect or incurred any errors, please visit our Contact Us page or send us an email to theteam@onestopboardshop.com including your order number and we will provide an appropriate remedy, including but not limited to an exchange or refund.

All acceptance of returns are subject to One Stop Board Shop's sole discretion. Please use the Returns and Claims Portal to process an eligible return.
