What is this?
This is a way to get some serious perks at OSBS! Rack up StokePoints by completing specific activities on our site, like referring friends or making purchases. Then cash in those StokePoints for sweet discounts. The more you stack up, the more you save. It's that simple, and it's seriously worth it!
Who can join?
If you created an OSBS account, then you are automatically signed up to receive StokePoints!
How do I earn StokePoints?
You can earn StokePoints for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. StokePoints are super easy to earn! Click the *Earn StokePoints* tab for more info! There are many different ways, such as following our socials, referring friends, or by snagging some rad new gear. You could even get free StokePoints on your birthday by simply adding your birthdate!
How do I view my StokePoints balance?
Your StokePoints balance will be the first thing you see at the top of the StokePoints page, when you are logged in.
How do I redeem my StokePoints?
Navigate to the *Redeem StokePoints* tab at the top of the page. There, you'll find all the awesome rewards you can redeem. Once you’ve stocked up enough StokePoints, you can cash them in!
Is there a limit to the number of StokePoints I can earn?
There's no limit! Take on the challenge to accumulate as many StokePoints as possible!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These StokePoints are ready for redemption on rewards!
Pending: These StokePoints need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled: These StokePoints will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
What happens if I refer a friend, and they cancel or return their order?
Your pending StokePoints will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn StokePoints!
We know you’re eager to receive your StokePoints! It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my StokePoints during checkout?
Not directly - you will need to redeem your StokePoints for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn StokePoints, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be unenrolled from the rewards program. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. Once removed, all of your StokePoints that you have accumulated will be lost. (Make sure you are 100% positive before requesting to be removed from the program.)
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Easy! Reach out to us HERE to ask and we'll re-enroll you! The only bummer is that your StokePoints total will begin from zero.
