Shipping policy

 

Most orders will ship within the next open business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not guaranteed to be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost of the returned item(s) incurred by One Stop Board Shop will be deducted from the refund upon acceptance of the return.

Shipping insurance through Redo is offered for purchase for your convenience. Opting out of Redo shipping insurance will result in the order being insured for the carrier's default minimum shipping value (up to $100 in most cases). One Stop Board Shop is not responsible for carrier resulted issues.

For international orders, shipping costs collected by One Stop Board Shop are not inclusive of any customs duties, fees, VAT or taxes. Any such customs duties, fees, VAT or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be payable directly to the appropriate entities.
