Please note, all customer direct repair requests are put in a queue based on the date of intake by OSBS. Our service team will notify you when your device has been assigned to a technician.

One Stop Board Shop, LLC (OSBS) shall provide a 30 calendar day warranty on labor beginning from the date OSBS finalizes the repair. If there is a device issue or failure, upon receipt and examination of that device the issue is deemed to be caused by an OSBS labor failure (not a cascading failure, parts failure, new failure apart from the original issue, etc.), we will cover the labor fee under warranty to perform the repair again at OSBS’ sole discretion. Shipping or transportation costs associated with any covered warranty repair are the responsibility of the device owner.
