Service Appointments
Service appointments are preferred and can be scheduled by submitting the form below. Walk in and while you wait services cannot be guaranteed. Service appointments are available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 11-6, Fridays from 11-5, and Sundays from 12-4.

Please note, all customer direct repair requests are put in a queue based on the date of intake by OSBS. Our service team will notify you when your device has been assigned to a technician.
Booking Instructions
Repair/Diagnostic - Please ensure you select "Standard Base Diagnostic" on Step 4 if your device is not functioning properly. Please explain the issue on Step 7 under "Message" in as much detail as possible. Please note that every device booking under a Repair/Diagnostic will require a diagnostic fee. Please take a look at our Service Price List for pricing, diagnostic fees, and hourly labor rates for each device type.
Service - For maintenance, services, installations, customizations, etc., select your options on Step 4. Please note that the total on the right is an calculator tool designed for an estimate. Final pricing may vary. Parts are not included in the estimate.
