f it's a Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV), we will most likely be able to work on it, with some exclusions. We specialize in repairing and servicing a wide range of PEVs, including Onewheels, electric skateboards, e-bikes, e-scooters, electric unicycles (EUCs), and more.

We service most brands that manufacture Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs), including but not limited to Evolve Skateboards, Summerboard, Onewheel, Segway, Pedal Electric, and many others. One Stop Board Shop, LLC (OSBS) shall provide a 30 calendar day warranty on labor beginning from the date OSBS finalizes the repair. If there is a device issue or failure, upon receipt and examination of that device the issue is deemed to be caused by an OSBS labor failure (not a cascading failure, parts failure, new failure apart from the original issue, etc.), we will cover the labor fee under warranty to perform the repair again at OSBS’ sole discretion. Shipping or transportation costs associated with any covered warranty repair are the responsibility of the device owner.

Yes, you can ship your board to us. Please include the board and charger, if available. Additionally, after scheduling your appointment/service online here, remember to include your ticket confirmation in the box you're shipping it in.

You can visit your local UPS store to receive a quote and ship directly from their facility. Additionally, please request a return label from UPS and place it inside the box for us to ship it back to you when the repair is complete.

Our "Diagnostic Fee" is a distinct charge that grants our technicians the opportunity to thoroughly assess the issue affecting your device. Subsequent repairs post-diagnostic will be invoiced separately for the actual repair and any additional parts required.

To ensure efficiency, we recommend scheduling your service or repair appointment. This prioritizes your needs and streamlines the intake process at One Stop Board Shop. While walk-ins are accepted, appointments guarantee dedicated time for your service.

Yes, we do offer same-day services, subject to the complexity of the service required. Simple installations are typically completed on the same day. However, for more complex services and repairs, we may require a drop-off of the device.

Once your device enters the queue, it's queued up for active repair/work. Please note that there may be devices ahead of yours before it gets worked on.

  • Tire changes for Onewheels involve disassembling the board, which constitutes the majority of the time required. Generally, this process takes about 1 to 2 hours, with variations being relatively minor across different models.


  • Service times for skateboards can vary between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the specific model.


  • Due to the diverse range of electric scooters available and their varying complexity, service times can range from 1 to 3+ hours.


  • Electric Unicycles are complex in nature, so a tire change can vary depending on the difficulty. Expect a range between 1 - 3+ hours.


  • E-Bikes require some time to replace the tire, so the time may vary as well, depending on the model and level of difficulty of the tire change. Expect about 1 - 3+ hours.

Due to various factors such as the complexity of the service, availability of necessary parts, and the labor required, we cannot provide a definitive timeframe for the completion of most repairs.

Yes, it's possible for someone else to collect your repaired device. They must provide written approval from the original customer, along with valid identification. Payment must be settled upon pickup.

Yes, we will use OEM parts directly from the manufacturer, unless parts directly from them are unavailable, the customer requires further modification of the repair/service, if the manufacturer is still in active, etc.

No, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of electric vehicles, including electric scooters, skateboards, bikes, and other personal electric vehicles (PEVs). We do not work on gas-powered devices.
