2Swift:

The 2Swift electric skateboard is protected by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty that safeguards against defects in craftsmanship and materials. Exclusions from coverage include damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents, or exposure to water. Any modifications to components or tampering with electronics will void the warranty. Perishable items such as wheels/tires, decks, bumpers, and bearings are not covered under the warranty but can be purchased through our website.

Apollo Scooters:

Warranty: Effective from November 1st, 2022, Apollo Scooters implements a 12-month limited warranty aimed at ensuring a smooth ownership experience. This policy is designed to be supportive and generous, providing swift resolution for any encountered issues.

Warranty Scope & Eligibility:

Apollo Scooters ("scooters") are covered against manufacturing defects as follows:

ONE (1) YEAR on the original components outlined in the chart below.

10,000 KILOMETERS on the scooter frame for 2023 models sold after June 1st, 2023 ("New Models"), including:

Apollo City 2023

Apollo Air 2023

Apollo Phantom 2023

Models purchased before June 1st, 2023, remain eligible for the standard 1-year warranty on the scooter frame. This policy commences upon the customer's receipt of the scooter, including open box refurbished orders. Coverage is applicable exclusively to scooters purchased directly from Apollo or an Authorized Repair Centre; those acquired through distributors are not covered. Validating warranty coverage requires proof of purchase details (shipping address name and order number), terminating on the first day of the second year from the original delivery date.

Returns: Apollo Scooters' Return & Cancellation Policy is designed to accommodate unexpected situations while emphasizing informed decision-making to minimize returns. Final sale items, such as spare parts and Apollo branded merchandise, are non-returnable, while accessories and upgrades may be returned if unused. Address changes must be requested on the order date to ensure timely processing before fulfillment.

For return eligibility, customers must ship their unused scooters back within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging. Scooters damaged due to improper packaging are not eligible for return and may incur repair costs and return shipping fees. Regarding cancellations, requests must be initiated on the order date before processing begins. Utilize the respective cancellation request forms for the US and CAD stores. Build Kit Boards:

Warranty: All kits are covered by a 100-day warranty against manufacturer errors. During this period, we offer free replacement parts. After the initial 100 days, replacement parts are available at a discounted cost if required.

Returns: Build Kit Boards accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days from the original purchase date for cash refunds to the customer's original payment method. The returned product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice, if included. Build Kit Boards reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% or more, based on their discretion. Returns of orders that originally qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.

Defiant Board Society: 

All Defiant Board Society boards undergo rigorous quality control to ensure top performance. In the unlikely event of an assembly error, a 90-day warranty covers repairs (excluding shipping). This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accidental water damage, collisions, or physical damage, and is voided by any alterations or modifications. After the warranty period, the company assists with issues to get riders back on their boards quickly. Experts can often diagnose problems via phone or email, and repairs are available for a labor fee (excluding shipping). While components are carefully selected, parts like wheels, grip tape, bearings, and bushings will wear out over time and are not covered by the warranty. Replacement parts can be purchased anytime. Defiant Board Society supports its community of riders throughout their journey.

Dualtron:

Returns: Minimotors USA's policy remains valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, they are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Warranty: MiniMotors USA prides itself on excellent support, accessibility, and quick response times. Their electric scooters are covered by a standard 1-year limited warranty, except for final sale items which carry a 30-day warranty. Customers have the option to purchase extended warranties for 1, 2, or 3 years through Extend (https://www.extend.com/), starting after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Standard Scooter Warranty: All electric scooters purchased directly from MiniMotors USA or their authorized retailers are covered by a standard 1-year limited warranty.

Final Sale Warranty: Items designated as final sale at MiniMotors USA are covered by a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. Extended warranties for final sale items can be purchased through Extend (https://www.extend.com/) for 1, 2, or 3 years of additional coverage.

PEDAL Electric offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects for each original retail purchaser of a PEDAL Electric motorbike. Warranty claims are directed to the original purchase and are covered by the manufacturer

Summerboard

Warranty: Summerboard offers a comprehensive warranty: a 6-month end-to-end warranty and coverage for manufacturing defects in motors, Powerball drive wheels, and trucks for 2 years, and batteries and decks for 1 year. The warranty excludes damages from crashes, impacts, road damage, normal wear and tear, and water exposure. Wear-and-tear items such as belts, wheels, and bearings are not covered, and the warranty is non-transferable. To file a claim, email support@summerboard.com for a response within 24 hours.

ReturnsSummerboard accepts returns on unused products that arrive at their headquarters within 15 days of the original ship departure date. The box must be unopened, in its original packaging, and include photo evidence. Refunds will deduct shipping fees, credit card processing fees (2.4% for USA orders and 3.4% for international orders), and a 15% restocking fee. Due to the nature of the product, opened items cannot be returned. Summerboard warrants their products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Thousand:

Thousand offers free exchanges within 30 days for US-based customers. Returns incur a restocking fee of $5 for orders under $50 and $10 for orders over $50. International customers can also email to initiate a return, though exchanges are not offered for international orders.

TIGR Lock:

Returns TiGr® Lock products purchased directly from Stanton Concepts, LLC via the TiGrLock.com website are eligible for a full refund within 60 days from the original purchase date, regardless of the reason. To initiate the return process, please email info@tigrlock.com and include your transaction ID or any relevant transaction information in the email. For TiGr® products purchased from a dealer, please refer to the seller's return policy and contact them directly for further assistance. For any inquiries, please reach out to info@tigrlock.com.

Warranty: Stanton Concepts, LLC offers a one-year warranty for all TiGr® Lock items, demonstrating their commitment to durability and quality assurance. Customers experiencing issues or with questions about their TiGr® Lock are encouraged to contact them at info@tigrlock.com. Requests should include contact information, lock details, a detailed description of the issue, and proof of purchase from an authorized TiGr® Lock seller. Stanton Concepts, LLC is dedicated to providing support and can offer advice, repair, or replacement as necessary.

Warranty Details: The warranty covers the first year of use and applies if the TiGr® Lock is deemed faulty due to manufacturing or assembly defects, provided it has been used appropriately and maintained with suitable lubricants and cleaning products. Warranty coverage is limited to the lock's replacement cost and is subject to inspection and approval by Stanton Concepts, LLC. This warranty exclusively applies to TiGr® branded items purchased from authorized sellers and does not extend to purchases from online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Sears, unless sold directly by TiGr® Lock (Stanton Concepts, LLC). YouFORM Pads: 

Customer satisfaction is their top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The pads must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to the original payment method.
